Return Policy
If you have prepaid for your order and your products arrive damaged or past their expiration date on delivery, we will be happy to issue a replacement/credit note. Please contact us at support@dancingcow.in with details describing the problem supported by photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Please note to raise your request within 7 days of order delivery to avail any refunds/replacements. Unfortunately, we do not refund Cash on Delivery orders. We’re working very hard to make this option available. However, if the product is damaged/expired, we will replace the products free of charge.
